The Hotel is close to everything. We took a grab taxi from the Cathedral everyday and it was a 1 min walk. 12 minutes to the lake. Shopping and food around the corner. Perfect location.

The staff were the standout feature - always friendly, helpful, inviting - you felt looked after.

My classic double room was clean, good view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit the area. Additionally, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for our future stays in the area.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was a perfect fit for me as I wanted somewhere close to the old quarter. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve met in Vietnam. They catered for everything I needed and more. The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.
